    • Rendered estate planning and tax advice for a financier whose estate exceeds $600 million, and whose assets were located in the United States, Great Britain and the Bahamas, including an analysis of estate, gift and generation-skipping tax issues, where the estate was primarily payable to a private foundation
    • Advised the owner of multiple supermarkets in connection with his business succession plan, including restructuring the business and arranging for gifts to reduce future estate and gift taxes
    • Provided advice and implemented estate plan designed to “freeze” the value of a family-owned diamond business for estate and gift tax purposes

    • Represented of a client in an extremely complicated guardianship proceeding, that included negotiating and implementing a settlement which avoided the need for a court-appointed guardian of the client or his property, preparing a trust agreement for the client’s assets and providing for the disposition of certain assets that could not be contributed to the trust
