Mr. Klein specializes in contract law, corporate law and real estate law, including cooperative and condominium law and cooperative and condominium board representation.

He represents buyers, sellers and investors of both residential and commercial properties in purchasing and selling apartments and houses and in refinancing mortgages and negotiating loans secured by their property. Mr. Klein also represents both landlords and tenants in commercial and residential leasing transactions.

Mr. Klein has developed long term business relationships throughout New York State, New York City, the Mid-Hudson Valley, Fire Island and the Hamptons. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate field and has handled numerous residential and commercial closings for clients.

Mr. Klein also is a member of the firm’s trusts and estates practice and works with clients in the preparation of their Last Will and Testament, Living Will and Health Care Proxy.
