Warshaw Burstein, LLP today announced that Harvey I. Krasner, partner and chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, along with Patrick Calella, counsel, represented the owners of a renovated industrial building in the sought-after Wynwood Art District in Miami, in a refinance.

Patrick Calella and Marc Lavaia from the firm’s Real Estate Group represented client Miguel Oks, who along with development firm Astral Weeks, recently purchased a retail property with development potential of 133,769 sq. ft. in Greenpoint, Brooklyn for $23 million.

Real Estate Group Chair Harvey I. Krasner and his team represented the purchaser group in a $9.25 million purchase of the former The Sloppy Tuna, an iconic Hamptons landmark, in a transaction that closed November 16, 2022.

Harvey Krasner and Patrick Calella represented joint venture 7G Realty and Forte Capital for the transaction and financing of a $10.8 million purchase of a 18,256-square-foot warehouse that has been converted into a retail building at 2214 North Miami Avenue in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami.
