Warshaw Burstein Represents Owners in Miami’s Wynwood Art District Deal
03/18/20247G Realty, Forte Capital Work With Amerant Bank for $9 Million Refinance
Warshaw Burstein, LLP today announced that Harvey I. Krasner, partner and chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department, along with Patrick Calella, counsel, represented the owners of a renovated industrial building in the sought-after Wynwood Art District in Miami, in a refinance.
The 22,000 sq. ft. warehouse is located 310 NW 25 th Street, at the intersection of NW 25 th Street and NW Third Avenue, a highly visible property with substantial frontage for retail and hospitality.
The fully leased building includes current tenants Barcelona Wine Bar and Grace Loves Lace. Additional tenants, which are expected to open shortly, include: Pādel Nuestro, a Spanish padel company, Rosemary’s, a casual Italian from the West Village in New York, and Fisher’s, an upscale seafood restaurant that originated in Mexico City, Mexico.
7G Realty and Forte Capital Management are partners in the property. Jon Krasner of 7G and Chaim Cahane of Forte managed the transaction. Amerant Bank was the lender for the approximately $9 million refinance.
