Patrick practices in the firm’s real estate department negotiating and closing commercial real estate transactions on behalf of purchasers, sellers, joint venture participants, landlords, tenants, borrowers and lenders.
His practice focuses on: the acquisition, development and sale of industrial properties, office buildings, assisted living facilities, hotels, multifamily projects and parking garages; space leases for office, industrial, retail, restaurant and shopping center properties; ground leases; investor, acquisition, construction and project finance and the refinance of existing debt on real property.Utilizing his broad-based real estate experience, Patrick is dedicated to providing the firm's clients with practical, results-based legal representation through thoughtful and attentive service.
