Harvey Krasner, Chair of Real Estate Group, and Team Represent Purchasers in Miami Deal03/31/2022
Harvey Krasner and Patrick Calella represented joint venture 7G Realty and Forte Capital for the transaction and financing of a $10.8 million purchase of a 18,256-square-foot warehouse that has been converted into a retail building at 2214 North Miami Avenue in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami. New York-based 7G Realty and Miami Beach-based Forte Capital financed the purchase with an $8.7 million loan from Hollywood-based Sheridan Capital. Krasner and his team also represented 7G Realty in that transaction.
