Warshaw Burstein Represents Purchasers of The Sloppy Tuna, Prime Oceanfront Commercial Real Estate in the Hamptons
12/07/2022New York - Warshaw Burstein, LLP, a full-service law firm in New York City, today announced Real Estate Group Chair Harvey I. Krasner and his team represented the purchaser group in a $9.25 million purchase of the former The Sloppy Tuna, an iconic Hamptons landmark, in a transaction that closed November 16, 2022.
The firm represented 7G Realty in their acquisition of the former location of The Sloppy Tuna in Montauk. Bounce Beach is currently operating on the premises, which is one of the few prime commercial ocean view locations in the Hamptons.
The broker was Chris Coleman.
The purchase includes 4,350 SF with four different areas for use, and rare restaurant, bar, and nightclub permitted uses.
The purchaser’s principal has deep experience developing in Montauk and other areas.
