Partners Alan Pollack, Felicia Ennis and Associate Leron Thumim represented Harrington Global Opportunity Fund in a Southern District of New York decision that allows the client’s case to proceed against formidable opposition from several major banks and brokerage houses.

Mr. Pollack is quoted in Law360 saying that he is pleased with the Judge's order, "which provides our client with an opportunity to prove the market manipulation scheme perpetrated by the defendants."
