PRIOR AFFILIATIONS

  • Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison, 1973 – 1979, significant involvement in the formation of the Municipal Assistance Corporation of The City of New York (the state agency established in connection with the New York City financial crisis in the 1970s) and drafting of the New York City debt moratorium law that was instrumental in resolving that crisis.
