Warshaw Burstein Promotes Danielle Buckhardt and Leron Thumim to Counsel of the Firm

Ms. Buckhardt has been involved in the practice of real estate law for almost 20 years. She concentrates her practice in the representation of buyers and sellers of commercial and residential properties, and the representation of lenders and borrowers in both acquisition and refinance transactions. She also has experience in the completion of IRC §1031 Exchanges. She has extensive experience in leasing office, retail and industrial space on behalf of landlords. Ms. Buckhardt has worked on many cooperative and condominium apartment sales and sponsor sales in newly converted buildings.
Mr. Thumim is a general commercial litigator whose broad experience includes representing clients in manufacturing and service industries through all phases of arbitration, internal investigations, and general commercial litigation. He has represented clients in disputes involving breaches of contract and fiduciary duties, securities fraud, real property, class actions, false claims act violations, post-employment restrictive covenants, legal and accounting malpractice claims, alleged sexual harassment, ADA violations, prioritization of secured liens, the Stored Communications Act, product liability, and intellectual property.
