Ms. Buckhardt has been involved in the practice of real estate law for over 12 years.
She concentrates her practice in the representation of buyers and sellers of commercial and residential properties, and the representation of lenders and borrowers in both acquisition and refinance transactions. She also has experience in the completion of IRC §1031 Exchanges. She has extensive experience in leasing office, retail and industrial space on behalf of landlords.
