William Samuels to Serve as a Co-Chair for the NYSBA Intellectual Property Section 2023 Annual Meeting

Warshaw Burstein, LLP, a full-service law firm in New York City, today announced William Samuels, Partner and Chair of the Intellectual Property Group, and Vice Chair of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, will serve as a Co-Chair for the NYSBA’s Intellectual Property Section Annual Meeting on January 23, 2023.

Mr. Samuels will also serve on a related panel discussing “Non-Traditional Marks in the 21st Century” on January 24.

Mr. Samuels handles all aspects of domestic and international IP matters, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, IP enforcement and defense, IP licenses and agreements, domain names, software services, counterfeit protection, unfair competition, and IP counseling and due diligence. He provides advice and counsel to clients with regard to obtaining, protecting, and licensing or otherwise commercializing trademarks, patents, copyrights, and other similar assets both domestically and internationally.
