Marketwatch Reports Tingo Group Hired Warshaw Burstein to Investigate Potential Market Manipulation
06/01/2023The Marketwatch (subscription) article says in part, "Tingo said it has instructed its legal counsel to investigate whether it has claims against the financial institution and what it described as false marketing in relation to the solicitation....Earlier this year, Tingo hired Warshaw Burstein and Christian Levine Law to investigate potential market manipulation related to what the company said are 'false and malicious allegations on certain bulletin boards, social media accounts and websites.'"
