NYLJ Publishes Letter to Editor Regarding In-Camera Interviews in Child Custody Matters

Eric Wrubel, Robert Z. Dobrish, Lee Rosenberg, and Adam John Wolff, submitted a letter to the editor of the New York Law Journal in response to an article discussing the importance of the in-camera interview in child custody matters, arguing this type of interview should not be used to test the credibility of a child's parents.

Mr. Wrubel is the current President of the New York Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, Chair of Warshaw Burstein’s Matrimonial Group and Co-Chair of the firm’s Fertility Law Group.
