Leron Thumim Presents "Ethics & E-Discovery, Dos, Don'ts, and Really Don'ts" CLE for NYSBA
01/15/2025On January 9, partner Leron Thumim virtually presented a CLE, "Ethics & E-Discovery, Dos, Don’ts and Really Don’ts," on behalf of the New York State Bar Association. The webinar was open to NYSBA members and non-members and was well-attended. It is now open for on-demand registration, for which attorneys can receive 1.5 New York ethics credits.
The CLE is designed to help both litigators and non-litigators understand the developing law around the creation, preservation, production, and review of communications and other electronically-stored information so that they can best position their clients for good outcomes. The program provides critical information that every attorney should know, strategic tips, cautionary tales, and best practices to assist attorneys in counseling their clients and avoiding ethical pitfalls and potential sanctions.
