Ms. Balter is a member of the firm's matrimonial and family law practice group.  

She has diverse experience in the various aspects of matrimonial and family law, including but not limited to, prenuptial and post-nuptial marital agreements, separation agreements, divorce proceedings, custody disputes, child support and equitable distribution litigation, adoption and second parent adoption, orders of parentage, and family court proceedings.
