Mr. Wrubel and Ms. Jacobi-Parisi are well known matrimonial lawyers who represent individuals in prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorce, and post-judgment divorce matters. Mr. Wrubel, chair of Warshaw Burstein’s Matrimonial Department, also has been involved in precedent-setting cases involving surrogacy as well as Family Law issues as applied to members of the LGBTQ community. Ms. Jacobi-Parisi’s practice also includes custody matters involving children with special needs.
