Warshaw Burstein Represents Seller of Former Sel Rrose Restaurant Site in Montauk for $2.74 Million

New York – October 2026 – Warshaw Burstein, LLP, a full-service law firm in New York City, today announced that Harvey I. Krasner, partner and chair of the real estate-practice group, and Danielle Buckhardt, counsel, recently represented the seller of 4 South Elmwood Avenue, a 3,620 square foot, stand alone commercial building, located one block away from the ocean in downtown Montauk, that was the location of the Sel Rrose restaurant, which is now closed. 
 
The transaction adds to Warshaw Burstein's extensive work in Montauk, which includes representing clients in the acquisition and financing of the Hero Beach Club located at 626 Montauk Hwy, Montauk, NY 11954; the historic Shagwong Tavern located in the heart of the town of Montauk at 774 Old Montauk Highway; and the famous Sloppy Tuna building, which is now the home of Bounce Beach Montauk, among others.
