Warshaw Burstein Represents Olenox Industries in $4.05 Million Series C Preferred Stock Private Placement
02/20/2026Warshaw Burstein LLP partners Martin Siegel and Jorge Campos represented Olenox Industries Inc., formerly known as Safe & Green Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) in a financing facility through a private placement with an institutional investor for the purchase and sale of the Company’s newly created Series C Preferred Stock. The shares of Series C Preferred Stock were sold for an initial purchase price of $4,050,000 paid to the Company on the effective date of the registration statement filed with the SEC registering the securities with the right to purchase up to $40,950,000. The Series C Preferred Stock is convertible into shares of the Company’s common stock.
