Warshaw Burstein Represents Buyer of SoHo Building for $23.1 Million
08/22/2025New York – August 2025 – Warshaw Burstein, LLP, a full-service law firm in New York City, today announced that Harvey I. Krasner, partner and chair of the real estate department, and Danielle Buckhardt, counsel, recently represented the buyer of 40 Thompson Street, a 7-story SoHo building with a French restaurant on the ground floor, for $23.1 million.
7G Group, headed by Jon Krasner, purchased the 30,000 sq. ft. commercial building from British real estate company, Epic.
