Warshaw Burstein Represents Buyer of Retail Condo in Nolita for $11.75 Million

New York – July 2026 – Warshaw Burstein, LLP, a full-service law firm in New York City, today announced that Harvey I. Krasner, partner and chair of the real estate practice group, and Chaya R. Shafran, counsel, recently represented the buyer of 75 Kenmare Street, a 10,000-square-foot retail condo in Nolita.

It is fully leased to tenants that include: Undefeated, Nemesis Coffee, Bondi Sushi and M Jewelers.

Mr. Krasner negotiated the deal and contract working with his client, Jon Krasner, of KB Realty Partners, who is a co-manager of the project. KB Realty Partners partnered with Steven J. Kassin and David Berg of Infinity Real Estate, which is KB Realty’s 50% partner in the project.
