Chaya R. Shafran
Counsel
Ms. Shafran has been involved in the practice of real estate law for over 35 years.
Her practice is broad based, representing buyers, sellers and developers of commercial and residential properties in their acquisitions, developments, and financing of real estate projects. She has extensive experience in leasing of office, retail and industrial space on behalf of both owners and tenants. Ms. Shafran has represented sponsors of cooperative and condominium projects from the initial offering stage through completion of sales. She also has represented lenders in negotiating settlement agreements, work-out agreements and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.AWARDS/HONORS
