Warshaw Burstein Represents Buyer of 123 Lafayette Street in Complex Transaction
08/22/2025New York – August 2025 – Warshaw Burstein, LLP, a full-service law firm in New York City, today announced that Harvey I. Krasner, partner and chair of the real estate department, and Danielle Buckhardt, counsel, recently represented the buyer of 123 Lafayette Street, a 5-story mixed use building in SoHo, in a complex transaction.
Warshaw Burstein represented the buyer, 7G Group, headed by Jon Krasner, in the Note purchase, the foreclosure action, and the negotiations for the Deed In Lieu Settlement Agreement of the approximately 20,000 sq. ft. building.
There is no traditional purchase price associated with the transaction as the deed was delivered in return for releases from the previous owner's debt along with other consideration.
