Warshaw Burstein Attorneys to Participate in Westchester County's 2026 Senior Law Day

Four Warshaw Burstein attorneys will participate in Senior Law Day, taking place Thursday, October 8, 2026, from 8:45 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Westchester County Center in White Plains, New York who practice in the areas of Trust & Estates, Elder Law and Special Needs Planning, real estate and rent regulatory law.

Senior Law Day is a free annual in person event that connects Westchester seniors and their families with attorneys, certified financial planners, and Medicare and geriatric care managers. The event offers free workshops and one-on-one consultations designed to help attendees craft a plan for the future. For individuals who would like to participate, but are not able to attend, the Senior Law Day Collaborative also offers bi-monthly webinar programs and quarterly online free consultations throughout the year.

Free workshops will be held at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., and noon, covering:

• Estate Planning & Elder Law
• Medicaid/Medicare
• Social Security
• Solo Aging

Attendees may also register beginning at 8:45 a.m. for free one-on-one consultations with participating professionals. Free parking and refreshments will be provided.
