Partner Maxwell Breed will be a featured speaker at the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA)’s 6th annual East Meets West event. Max’s panel titled, "The Re-Housing of America: How Regulations, Laws, and Technologies are Revolutionizing the Housing Market” is on September 30 at 1:40pm and is part of the conference’s Residential Day programming. 

The panelists will discuss how economic disruption, a global pandemic, rapidly-changing housing laws, and emerging technologies are changing how brokers, agents and property owners do business. This two-day virtual event will bring together some of NYC’s industry leaders as they navigate opportunities in the post COVID-19 world. 

EMW 2020 will include a Commercial Day on September 29th from 1pm to 3:30pm and a Residential Day on September 30th from 1pm to 3:30pm.
