Mr. Lester has over 50 years experience in the corporate arena, concentrating primarily in the areas of joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and international), corporate finance and securities law matters.

Mr. Lester served as Managing Partner of our firm from 2000-2009 and during that same period served as our firm’s representative to the Euro-American Lawyers Group.

TEACHING PROGRAMS

Mr. Lester has taught numerous seminars to law students and practicing attorneys throughout Eastern Europe covering a variety of areas of law, including comparative law, corporate and securities law, and mergers and acquisitions. The seminars were conducted under the auspices of the Center for International Legal Studies and were located in law schools throughout the former Soviet Union – including Armenia (Yerevan), Estonia (Tartu), Latvia (Riga), Lithuania (Vilnius) and Russia (Kaliningrad and Moscow).
