Sarah A. The program provided practical information about how to organize and manage daily finances and personal affairs to stay independent longer. Participants learned how to create a monthly spending vs. income worksheet so they could have a better handle on their finances. Also discussed was financial literacy, how to budget in an inflationary time, and how to navigate the internet while avoiding risk factors for scams.

Warshaw Burstein, LLP was a sponsor for the event which provided Free Consultations and Workshops on Legal, Financial and Care Issues for Older Adults.  The Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services (DSPA) will provide educational talks on topics of interest to seniors and their families and more.
