Eric Wrubel, Matrimonial Group Chair, Speaks at ABA Family Law Section Conference in Arizona
10/03/2018Eric Wrubel will speak on October 5 at the American Bar Association Family Law Section fall conference.
Mr. Wrubel will speak at a CLE session in Tuscon, AZ, at a panel discussion titled **ART**Whose Child Am I? The Fertilization of ART and Marital Presumptions.
The session will examine what happens to surrogacy arrangements during life changes such as marriage, divorce or death. Mr. Wrubel and the other panelist will discuss how marital presumptions apply to third-party reproduction cases and how relationship changes affect surrogacy parentage.
