Crain's New York Business Reports on Purchase of 40 Thompson Street by Firm Client

Krasner, partner and chair of the real estate department, was recently interviewed for an article in Crain's New York Business announcing the purchase of 40 Thompson Street, a 7-story SoHo building with a French restaurant on the ground floor, for $23.1 million, by 7G Group. Danielle Buckhardt, counsel, worked with Mr. Krasner on the transaction.

"Boutique real estate firm 7G Group — the same team behind the buzzy Rockaway Hotel + Spa — purchased the roughly 30,000-square-foot commercial building at 40 Thompson St. from British real estate investment company Epic, according to a deed that appeared in the city register Friday and information from Harvey Krasner, a partner at Midtown-based law firm Warshaw Burstein, which represented the buyer in the transaction."
