Partner Kimberly C. Lau Guest Lectured at the University of Michigan Law School
09/29/2023Our firm is delighted to share that Partner Kimberly C. Lau has guest lectured in the “Title IX and Higher Education” course at the University of Michigan Law School.
Ms. Lau discussed with Professor Rebecca Leitman Veidlinger the principles of fairness and due process, discussing how these process play out in TIX disciplinary proceedings. She drew on her work representing respondents to help the students understand the important issues at play, as well as where schools may be falling short.
