Mr. Boonshoft will focus primarily in the area of commercial real estate. His practice consists of acquisitions, financing, leasing and development for clients with real estate interests including developers, landlords, tenants and property managers. He represents cooperative sponsors as well as cooperative corporations and condominiums in those legal matters encountered by Boards, including shareholder and management matters, contracts, mortgage financing, leasing and construction issues.
