05/06/2026

Today we're proud to spotlight Partner and Chair of the Employment Law Group, Felicia S. Ennis.

Felicia is an experienced employment law and commercial litigator who represents clients across a wide range of industries, including fashion/apparel, beauty and personal care, healthcare, hospitality, construction, and financial services. Her practice covers the full employee-employer relationship from hiring through separation.  She assists employers in the development and implementation of employment policies that comply with applicable laws. She also advises employers on workforce restructurings and organizational changes and provides strategic counsel on workplace disputes including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour laws, wrongful discharge, and trade secrets.

Felicia also advises and represents individuals in connection with their personal employment relationships, including employment contracts, restrictive covenants, employment separations and employment disputes.

Felicia is also a member of the firm's Securities Litigation team.

What sets Felicia apart is how she approaches her clients' needs. She doesn't wait for problems to become lawsuits. She works proactively with clients on developing productive and respectful workplace environments that promote engagement and compliance, helping to build structures that hold up before disputes ever arise.

When litigation comes, Felicia is a seasoned advocate in state and federal courts, arbitration panels, and before agencies including the EEOC, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.
She earned her B.A. cum laude from Brandeis University and her J.D. cum laude from Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Arts and Entertainment Editor of the Law Review. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and multiple federal district courts.

We are proud to have Felicia's expertise, judgment, and advocacy as part of this firm.
