Omri Flicker Joins Warshaw Burstein as Of Counsel in the Banking and Finance, Corporate and Securities Groups

New York – Warshaw Burstein, LLP, is pleased to announce Omri Flicker has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Banking and Finance and Corporate and Securities groups.

Mr. Flicker has broad experience representing private equity sponsors, venture capital firms and portfolio companies in all aspects of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities law matters.

Mr. Flicker’s practice has focused on advising portfolio companies of private equity sponsors and venture capital firms throughout the corporate lifecycle, including leveraged buyouts, equity and debt fundraising activities, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings.

In his capacity as Chief Legal Officer for a publicly listed Fintech company for almost five years, Mr. Flicker worked with the CEO and Board of Directors to lead all aspects of the company’s legal, regulatory, compliance, and capital markets activities.

Mr. Flicker graduated from Touro College, cum laude, with a B.S. in 2001, Yeshiva University, with an M.A. in 2004, and Fordham School of Law, with a J.D. in 2007.
