On June 30, 2017, our partners, Maxwell Breed and Bruce H. Wiener, assisted by associate Jason M. Rosenbaum, defeated a property manager’s attempt to harass a Greenpoint, Brooklyn loft tenant through false defamation and tortious interference claims asserted in Westchester County.  The decision can be viewed here.
