Warshaw Burstein partner, Linda Genero Sklaren, who represents the co-temporary administrators of the Estate of a deceased mother and the estate of her youngest son, obtained a reversal of a trial court decision that dismissed the mother’s statutory survival action and the younger son’s wrongful death action, brought against the mother’s oldest son who was found not criminally responsible for the mother’s murder by reason of insanity. In a unanimous decision entered March 30, 2017, the case was reinstated and remanded back to the trial court.
