Jorge Campos Joins Warshaw Burstein as Partner in the Corporate and Securities Group

Mr. Campos specializes in private and public capital market transactions, corporate securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulatory matters, SEC disclosure and reporting obligations, and listing requirements for the major national securities exchanges.
Mr. Campos represents U.S. and foreign public and private companies, private funds, placement agents, underwriters, broker dealers and institutional investors. He also has experience in Latin American capital market transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, and public company SEC reporting obligations for foreign issuers.
