Mr. Sheikh represents clients in state and federal court proceedings. His background is in complex commercial litigation with experience in matters involving:

• securities litigation, including class actions, insider trading, and emerging cryptocurrency-related disputes
• general business litigation and commercial arbitration, including breach-of-contract claims, fiduciary duty disputes, and related business torts

In addition to litigation, Mr. Sheikh has experience advising on corporate governance matters

• advising on SEC compliance matters
• drafting and reviewing supply, distribution, and mergers and acquisitions agreements
