Our partner, Kimberly C. Lau, was quoted in the March 14, 2017 publication, The Daily Beast, in an article entitled “Former Princeton Student: I Was Raped, Expelled, and Forced to Leave U.S.” Ms. Lau provided commentary on her recent case, John Doe v. Princeton University, involving a gay male student’s claims that the Ivy League institution mishandled his allegations of sexual assault and expelled him after a suicide attempt in violation of Title IX and various state law claims.
