“Planning for Founders and Entrepreneurs” featured light bites and networking followed by a dynamic expert panel which included:
- Jacqueline Bevilaqua, Partner at Warshaw Burstein, who specializes in estate planning, trust administration, and tax strategy.
- Neil Fridman, JD, MBA, Managing Partner at Fridman Law Firm PLLC, who is an expert in corporate law and real estate who advises startups and investors on entity formation, venture financing, and M&A.
- Sam Palazzolo, founder of Tip of the Spear Ventures, who helps businesses scale from $1M to $1B and works as a fractional Chief Strategy Officer for high-growth companies.
