Mr. Perez-Hall’s clients include owners of residential and commercial properties, low-income tax developments, supportive housing programs, Mitchell-Lama Cooperatives, Housing Development Finance Corporations, free market cooperatives and condominiums, and small unregulated properties. He is intimately familiar with the various forms of section 8 subsidy as well as other city and state government subsidies.

Mr. Perez-Hall also defends property owners against lawsuits and code infractions issued by various administrative agencies in New York State and City, including the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the Department of Housing and Community Renewal, and the Department of Buildings.  Most recently, he has helped his clients navigate the newly enacted Good Cause Eviction Law.

Over his eight years as Chair of the Puerto Rican Bar Association of New York Judiciary Committee, Mr. Perez-Hall served on various judiciary committees and special task forces for the City Bar, New York State Bar, and (as a representative of the PRBA) several NYS Democratic Party judicial screening panels for Civil and Supreme Court.
