Warshaw Burstein Legal Interns Author Article on Title IX Rules
04/24/2023Working with the encouragement and under the supervision of Kimberly C. Lau, partner and Title IX and College Discipline practice leader, legal interns Anna Lauren Bock, Devin Laudenschlager and Emily Pollak authored a scholarly article discussing the Proposed Rule which would amend the current regulations for Title IX as promulgated in 2020 under the Trump administration.
Specifically, the article addresses the proposed changes to the live hearing and cross-examination requirements for postsecondary educational institutions when adjudicating complaints of sex-based harassment and sexual violence.
