Warshaw Burstein Promotes Matthew A. Marcucci to Counsel

Mr. Marcucci maintains a broad litigation practice that encompasses nearly every type of commercial dispute. He counsels corporate and individual clients in federal and state courts in matters involving the federal securities laws, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and other business torts, and many other areas. He has advised and represented clients at every stage of litigation, from pre-litigation negotiations through commencement, motion practice, trial, appeals, and settlement.
Mr. Marcucci earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, and J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law, cum laude. He has been named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” each year since 2018.
