Stephen Boonshoft Joins Warshaw Burstein Real Estate Group as Partner
07/05/2022NEW YORK- July 2022—Warshaw Burstein, LLP, a full-service law firm in New York City, today announced Stephen Boonshoft has joined the firm as a partner in the Real Estate Group.
Mr. Boonshoft was previously a partner in Robinson Brog’s Real Estate Group in New York.

Mr. Boonshoft will focus primarily in the area of commercial real estate. His practice consists of acquisitions, financing, leasing and development for clients with real estate interests including developers, landlords, tenants and property managers. He represents cooperative sponsors as well as cooperative corporations and condominiums in those legal matters encountered by Boards, including shareholder and management matters, contracts, mortgage financing, leasing and construction issues. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the City College of New York, and his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. He is a member of the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association and its Committee on Condos and Co-Ops.
