Mr. Bauer is a member of the firm’s Immigration and Corporate groups.

Mr. Bauer concentrates on preparing employment-based Immigrant and Non-Immigrant petitions of all types, particularly for individuals with extraordinary ability. Mr. Bauer also has experience in real estate and corporate matters, including assisting clients on matters such as corporate formation and transactions. Additionally, he has experience assisting individuals through the purchase, sale, and refinance of houses, condos, and co-ops as well as representing lenders on residential and commercial transactions.
