Lisa Liu discusses her career in real estate law, her involvement in the Asian Real Estate Association of America, and her advice for law students and young lawyers in this episode of Fordham University's Business and Law series. Ms. Liu, a Fordham Law graduate, is a member of Warshaw Burstein's real estate and litigation groups. She represents both landlords and tenants in complex and sophisticated cases in New York and has experience in a wide variety of commercial matters, including real estate operations and development, partnership and business disputes, contract and lease issues, and disputes involving cooperatives, condominiums and rent-stabilized tenancies.
