Kimberly Lau Quoted In Bloomberg Law Article On How Recent Legal Precedent Impacts Future Changes to Current Title IX Rules

Since last year when the Department of Education issued new regulations on how schools must handle misconduct claims, there has been a notable increase in federal courts ruling in favor of students claiming anti-male bias. Title IX and college discipline practice leader Kimberly Lau is quoted in a new Bloomberg Law article that looks at how recent legal precedent may impact the types of changes that can be made to the current Title IX rules.

“'Ten years ago, it was almost unheard of to be litigating in this way,' she said. 'It’s more well known now, it’s more public that these are options for students.'”
