Mr. Hirson has extensive experience representing developers, owners and investors in a wide variety of real estate transactions throughout the United States. He represents clients in connection with the acquisition, sale, financing, leasing and licensing of real property and remains a corporate advisor to those clients concerning ongoing legal issues affecting their businesses.
Mr. Hirson has experience representing clients in the retail business and the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, nightclubs and catering establishments. In addition to real estate issues, he represents these clients on alcoholic beverage licensing matters.Mr. Hirson also has a long history representing both banks and borrowers in connection with commercial real estate secured loans.
