Mr. Kohn works in the corporate department representing clients in a broad range of industries.

Mr. Kohn’s practice focuses primarily on corporate structuring, formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, real estate, and other business matters.

In law school, Mr. Kohn worked as an intern at the Office of the Mayor of New York City, as well as two other law firms and Warshaw Burstein through his final year of school. Mr. Kohn was also a member of Hofstra Law School’s Dispute Resolution Society and Intellectual Property Law Association.

Mr. Kohn graduated law school with a certificate in Intellectual Property law and relies on his passion for the arts and entrepreneurial spirit to contribute to his clients’ development and growth.
