Allison Simmons Prouty

Ms. Prouty concentrates her practice in real estate law.
She has represented owners, developers, major corporate tenants and lenders, on a wide range of transactions, with an emphasis on office, retail and industrial building financing, acquisition, construction and leasing. She also focuses on cooperative and condominium development, including office condominiums and mixed use "condops" often involving development rights transfers, foreign investor issues, historic properties, reuse of manufacturing buildings, special use tax incentives, and complex dispute resolution. She also has extensive experience in connection with bank lending and other financing transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.AFFILIATIONS
