40 Thompson Featured in Write-Up About Tech Companies Investing in SoHo

Harvey Krasner, head of the Real Estate Group, recently represented the owner/landlord in a full floor, 6,000 sq. ft. lease at 40 Thompson Street in SoHo. Mr. Krasner represented the owner in the purchase of this property last year.

The new leasee, Capital V Strategies, highlighted the lease as part of "a multi-million dollar investment in New York City as the epicenter of tech innovation."

The building is owned by real estate investor Jon Krasner of 7G Realty Group. “SoHo is the center of New York City’s finance and tech scene,” Krasner said.
